In 2019, he founded Richard Merrill Consulting, which provides business consulting, marketing services, and printing solutions as a practical one-stop resource helping spa professionals build more profitable businesses. Merrill lives in Washington State with his Maltipoo Coconut and Pomsky Loki. They can travel the US in their RV, visiting a city near you!
