By 2029, we aim to have supported at least 5,000 licensed spa professionals in achieving their business and personal goals. We are committed to creating a more robust industry centered around equality, ethical practices, and collaboration over competition. Through our simplified systems and educational resources, we strive to improve the industry's standards and empower professionals, whether newly licensed or industry veterans.

Our vision is to solve the gatekeeping of data, research, and success strategies traditionally afforded only to the wealthy. Richard Merrill Consulting's future success will include one-day education events, networking opportunities, and high-level industry collaborations, culminating in a strong, community-driven app platform. With a team of at least 50 employees supporting our growth and reach throughout the US and the world, we aim to serve a customer base of 1,000 new certified professionals annually, expanding to 10,000 by the end of 2029.
