APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Online Booking

To secure your appointment at Richard Merrill Consulting, LLC, we require a credit card to be placed on file at your booking request. If you do not have a credit card to place on the file, you may purchase a reloadable gift card from Richard Merrill Consulting, LLC, and reload it at subsequent appointments for your scheduling/purchasing needs.

This policy offers guests transparent pricing and no hassle with checking out while eliminating the financial impact caused by missed appointments and late cancellations. Per our policy, your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. If your card on file is removed, your appointment will be canceled; rebooking privileges will be suspended until fees are paid and a new card is placed on file.

Appointment Discounts

First Time Appointments will be complimentary. The discount will be applied to your service after your initial appointment. Clients enrolled in one of the Richard Merrill Consulting programs will use the corresponding accountability session to schedule/reschedule all meetings and calls, and applicable discounts will be applied at the session's completion. Complimentary calls for first-time guests are subject to the cancellation fee if proper notice is not provided. You may be offered the option to forfeit your complimentary call instead of the cancellation fee one time.

Cancellation Policy

The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed or canceled with insufficient notice, we cannot fill the vacancy, causing a substantial financial impact on the business.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Richard Merrill Consulting, LLC, we request 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

We recommend completing your request using the automated Waitlist Feature if you cannot commit to appointments in advance. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you will receive a notification, and we can reserve that time for you.

Late Arrivals

Richard Merrill Consulting, LLC does not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation and a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Chargeback Prevention Policy

Richard Merrill Consulting, LLC reserves the right to charge up to a $200 fee if a chargeback is placed with a client’s credit card company (intentionally or unintentionally) for any payment to the client's account. This fee will cover all investigative expenses to prove that the deposit was made with the Client's approval before receiving the chargeback from the Company’s merchant provider.

For refund questions, please email [email protected], and we will gladly assist you.
